The Himalayan rhododendron forest would blossom which makes your trip remarkable. Tourists would be increased in cities like Kathmandu and Pokhara. In addition, humidity and wind level would be more than an average and you find warm in tropical regions. So, it is one of the best times to trek in Nepal.

Summer (June to August)

In this season, the humid level would be higher and the weather would be usually hot. It is also a rainy time and often brings floods and landslides in Nepal. The temperature level in low land (Terai) would be more than 35 degree Celsius, while Kathmandu and Pokhara cities’ temperature raises up to 30 degrees Celsius. Whereas the temperature in the polar zone (above 4000 m) remains lower than 15 degrees Celsius. At night, it even decreases up to 5-7 degrees Celsius.

Generally, rafting, kayaking, etc activities are not suitable in Summer.

Autumn (September to November)

It is considered the best season since the weather condition at this time would be average level in Nepal. The temperature would be neither cold nor hot. Moreover, the sky would be more clear and the sunshine and visibility of mountains is nearly 90 – 99 percent. Hence, it is the optimal time to trek in Nepal. There would be adequate tourists in trekking routes like Everest Base Camp Trek, Everest Three Passes Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, and Manaslu Circuit Trek.
